Introductory courses
The introductory courses Gelassener werden im Alltag—Die Methode der Introvision are open to anyone who would like to know more about introvision as a self-management tool or method to reduce stress and foster relaxation.
The courses impart theoretical and practical principles. Participants will be shown how to use certain techniques and will have several opportunities to practice them.
