Introvision
Introvision, which means “looking within, looking into something,” is a new approach to mental and emotional self-regulation.
The goal of introvision is to resolve inner conflicts and mental blocks and reduce fears and stress on your own to achieve greater and lasting tranquility.
The introvision method was developed as part of a long-term research program at Universität Hamburg headed by Prof. Dr. Angelika C. Wagner. It has been extensively tested and empirically investigated.
